Hawaii

We went to Maui after graduation.

1st venture to the beach on our trip.

Waiting for our Luau to start...

Blair up on stage learning the hula with Claire.

This is what Claire did every time she touched the sand. She hated it!
Much more content with me holding her :)
We went with our good friends Claudia & Ira.  We love their company, and it was also nice having a Hawaiian tour guide ;)

Out on the balcony.

Will was the photographer on these pics of Claudia and me, and also of the top pic on this post, and many other great ones.  Quite a talented little 4 year old:

At the top of the Haleakala volcano.

Ocean in the background. Hawaiian countryside.

On the road to Hana.

Coming to play at a natural pool.
Claudia and Claire.
The boys going to check out the waterfall.
Shaved ice, and banana bread. Note: Blair's favorite discovery were hot dogs with pineapple chunks in them sold from trucks on the side of the road.

Maui sunset.  There's nothing prettier.

The Grand Wailea, where Ira used to work.
Ready for Snorkeling.  Blair and Ira saw a sea turtle!
Tarzan!
Look at those eyelashes!

UTAH
From Hawaii, Blair went straight to Mississippi, to start orientation, and get us a house.  I went straight to UT to visit family for a bit with the kids while he was doing that.

My sister Wendy had a baby the day before I got there, so I got to meet the newest addition.
We went up to Heritage Park and had a fun time with a cousin and grandma Diane. We were on a train here.

We had fun spending time with family, and a couple of friends too.  Here are all of my siblings, minus the youngest who is on a mish.
We were excited that cousin Laurie and kids, who used to live in Vegas with us until last year, were in town from IL, and came over to visit.
The Bjarnson cousins.  Man, where was my camera when we were at the Curtises house with the cousins there? I don't know.  But we spent a lot of time with them too. Especially on their new play land, and all of the regular tractors and cars and toys that the boys love- fun!
So now we live in Biloxi, MS, and so far it is great!  I'll update my blog hopefully this week with pics of our new house and Mississippi :)
