Missing Tooth

Xander lost his 1st tooth this week! It was loose for a couple of days, and then he swallowed it when he was eating- so it really is missing :) He wrote a note to the toothfairy and put it under his pillow instead. "I'm Xander- my tooth fell out," he wrote.

Blair and I my had a nice birthday week. We did some fun things and ate a lot of free meals at restaurants :)

Here's a belly shot. I still have more than 2 months to go!
Will has started writing his name and drawing people. This is a picture of our family... and no, he's not including the baby in it- he just draws himself twice. Once as small and once as big. On the bottom he drew an "alien ship," he said

Some Las Vegas Family fun

We usually don't make it out to the strip too often, but for some reason we were on a kick this week and went out most days, to go do some fun things.

M & M Factory:

Coca Cola Factory:

Blair enjoying a float.

Rainforest Cafe:

Lance Burton:

We joined a club where we can get last minute tickets for free- so we jumped on Lance Burton when we saw it on there. I forgot my normal camera and that was a mistake because Xander ended up being the star of the show!

He got picked to come up on stage, and Lance pulled coins out of him for a while, then gave him one. Then he and Lance got in his corvette on stage, and drove in a circle, then disappeared! A few minutes later Lance came down on a chandelier from the ceiling and had Xander reappeared with him, then got a free T-shirt and a picture with him!

Will was nervous that Xander would be turned into a bird by him, so we were glad to get him back the way he was :)

Lowe's Build and Grow:

This wasn't at the strip, but we went to this workshop this morning where the boys made "Lowe-bots," which are kind of like transformers. They were so excited to pound nails for so long, and build their own toy.

...with the finished products, and lollipops.

and some not so fun stuff:

Blair changing the battery in the most ridiculously placed fire alarm in our townhome.

Me having to drink that gross drink for that pregnancy glucose test yesterday- Ughhhhhhhhh.

P.S. Thanks for the Valentines flowers Blair, I haven't posted in a while.

Jan-adventures

We went on a trip over MLK weekend, and it was great!

My best friend growing up (who lives in Cali now), and her little family met up with us in Oceanside, and stayed with us for a few days. We had so much fun together, and the kids were so mad when it was over because they didn't want it to end.
I live for vacations... and there might not be another one for a while.

We hit some weird mood swing weather on the drive back home. Like snow in the middle of Death Valley???

and rain and winds everywhere else in CA, and NV.
I guess it's El Nino they say...
