So here we are, and we're enjoying our newest adventure. Who would have thought that we would end up in the South? Well, I am surprised to say but it is really great so far, and it already feels like home. There are the nicest people around (and I might note, quite a few members of the church in our neighborhood too, which I wasn't expecting), beautiful scenery, good parks and family entertainment, neat history sites and architecture, and amazing food (though if I keep eating the way I have been I will be doubling in size shortly). | Anyone that came to our last home knows that we had the smallest little space on earth for our kitchen table, so this is a real treat to have lots of room to spare now! |

| My mom was here for just under a week, and helped us get settled a bit. We went exploring and found a dirt road in Ocean Springs out to see a less traveled view of the ocean, and the boys were checking out crabs scurrying all over. |
